The Six Pack Chef Terms & Conditions

By using our website, placing an order, and/or transacting with The Six Pack Chef, the customer wholeheartedly agrees to the terms and conditions of the services provided by The Six Pack Chef, owned and operated under The Six Pack Chef, Inc.
The Six Pack Chef is committed in keeping the privacy of all its customers. The personal information of each customer will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared to any unauthorized party.
Collected information are the following: Full name, Email Address, Delivery Address, and Mobile Number.
Collected personal information is used only for the purposes of operations, logistics, and marketing.
The Six Pack Chef employees, contractors, and agents have controlled access to personal information. Furthermore, they are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined, terminated, and/or be criminally liable if they fail to meet these obligations.
The Six Pack Chef does not collect and store credit cards, debit cards, bank details and/or other customer financial related information.
You can choose to remove personal information by contacting us to delete your account. However, please be advised that by deleting your account, you will no longer be able to transact with The Six Pack Chef.
Customer Account Policy
An account is required if the customer wants to transact with The Six Pack Chef.
An account can be created by signing up through the website.
Each customer can only have one (1) account with The Six Pack Chef. Duplicate accounts are strictly not allowed.
Creating multiple accounts for the reason of availing one time promo codes or referral codes is strictly not allowed.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to cancel any order created using a secondary account for the purpose of availing one time or first time order promo codes or referral codes.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to ban/delete duplicate accounts and recreate orders under the original account with the proper adjustments.
Account information may be edited by logging in to their accounts and editing their information on their profile.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to ban, suspend, and or delete any customer account for whatever reason it may deem fit.
Order Creation Process
The Six Pack Chef only accepts orders for deliveries within Metro Manila. Nearby areas outside of Metro Manila may be accepted on a case to case basis.
The regular order process is as follows:
The customer is required to have an account in order to create an order and transact with The Six Pack Chef.
The customer creates an account with The Six Pack Chef and inputs needed personal information such as Name, Email, Mobile Number, & Delivery Address or logs into their existing accounts.
The customer chooses their preferred meal dates:
The Six Pack Chef requires a two (2) day lead time with a daily cut off time of 5PM for orders. If a customer orders on a Monday, the soonest available to order would be Wednesday meals and onwards.
The customer selects their meals, add-ons, and delivery schedule.
The customer adds to cart, check-out and makes payment with their credit card or GCash through Paymongo to confirm their order.
The customer receives their order on their chosen dates and delivery schedule.
Order process for meal credits is as follows:
The customer creates an account or logs in to their existing account.
The customer clicks the online wallet section.
The customer picks a meal credits package.
The customer pays for their meal credits by making a bank deposit.
Customer submits proof of payment via email for payment verification in order to confirm their Meal Credits order.
Purchased Meal Credits will be made available in Customer Account within 24 hours after making payment and submitting proof of payment via email.
Meal Plan Pricing
Meal prices are displayed on the website upon the creation of the order.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to make any changes to the rates at any time for whatever reason.
Online Wallet / Meal Credits Policy
Our meal credits packages are our discounted packages where customers can purchase discounted meal credits and use the meal credits to pay for their meals.
Available meal credits can be used to deduct from your total order amount for meal orders.
Meal credits value for meal purchases is 1 meal credit = Php 1.
Meal credits packages:
10,000 Meal Credits for only P9,500.00 (Save P5,00)
20,000 Meal Credits for only P18,000.00 (Save P2,000)
50,000 Meal Credits for only P44,000.00 (Save P6,000)
100,000 Meal Credits for only P85,000.00 (Save P15,000)
150,000 Meal Credits for only P120,000.00 (Save P30,000)
Meal credits do not expire.
Only purchased meal credits can be gifted to another account, except for PWD, Senior Citizen, Nathional Athlete, and other discount activated accounts. When transferring meal credits, an email or written request and authorization must be provided.
Meal credits are discounted packages and cannot be purchased with other discounts, promo codes, and/or government mandated discounts.
Payments are only made with the following options:
The Six Pack Chef only accepts payments using MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards, and GCash for Meal Plan orders.
Credit Card/Debit Card/GCash payments are directly processed and handled by PayMongo which is a secure 3rd party payment gateway through a secure API on our website.
The Six Pack Chef does not share, collect, or store any Credit Card, Debit Card, or GCash details. This is directly handled by PayMongo.
The customer will receive an email with an order confirmation once their payment is successfully processed.
Orders are automatically confirmed and scheduled for delivery once the payment is successful.
In the rare cases of payment gateway errors where payments are refunded or are unsuccessful after the order has been submitted, the customer’s order will be placed on hold and will be notified of their failed transaction.
Pending meal plan orders will be automatically cancelled.
Payments for Meal Credit orders are made through Bank Transfer or Bank Deposite. Pending meal credit orders that remain unpaid after 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
The Six Pack Chef delivers your meals on the day of the chosen meal date with 3 delivery time slot options.
The Six Pack Chef currently offers 3 same day delivery time slot options:
Option A: 6AM-9AM
Option B: 9AM-12NN
Option C: 1PM-4PM
The Six Pack Chef works on a shared delivery service and NOT an on-demand/exclusive delivery service. This means that we are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery as this is heavily dependent on the most efficient route or delivery sequence that is adjusted daily in order for us to deliver to all our customers within the stipulated time range.
Routes are created to be as efficient as possible, therefore, delivery time requests, if any, may not be accommodated.
The meals are delivered cold, placed in an insulated bag with ice packs, and transported via motorcycle.
Meals must be refrigerated right away upon delivery of the meals. Failure to store the meals right away may cause spoilage. Spoilage caused by mishandling will not be replaced or refunded.
Parking charges and/or village fees are not inclusive of our rates and are to be shouldered by the customer. Should there be parking charges and/or village fees, The Six Pack Chef will request for a refund of the parking or village fees and will show the parking ticket / receipt as proof of the charges.
The Six Pack Chef will do its best to deliver within the stipulated period. However, there may be times wherein deliveries may be delivered slightly earlier or later than the provided time frame depending on the rider's route. In addition, there may be certain days or instances, where delays are inevitable due to certain conditions that are out of the company's control such as but not limited to accidents, weather, traffic, etc.
In cases where The Six Pack Chef cannot deliver within the stipulated period, the customer will be contacted and informed immediately. The Six Pack Chef has the responsibility to make delivery arrangements for the customer provided that it is reasonable to both parties.
If in case, the customer cannot personally receive the meals:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an authorized representative to receive the meals on their behalf.
The customer must provide the authorized representative’s full name and contact details.
The authorized representative must be present to receive the meals.
If in case the customer or authorized representative is not present upon delivery of meals:
The Six Pack Chef delivery rider will contact the customer via text and/or phone call to inform the customer regarding the delivery.
The rider will give a maximum 15 minutes grace period for the customer to receive the delivery.
If there is still no authorized person who will receive the meals, the delivery rider will return the meals to The Six Pack Chef Headquarters and:
The customer will have to pick up their meals at The Six Pack Chef HQ or,
The meals will be delivered on the following available delivery schedule.
Spoilage caused by failure to receive, will not be replaced or refunded.
If uncollected, returned meals will be immediately disposed of after 24 hours.
Requests for a change of delivery address:
The Six Pack Chef must be informed at least 24 hours before delivery of any delivery address changes. No sudden changes in delivery addresses will be accommodated.
In case the customer is not able to give at least 24 hours’ notice, The Six Pack Chef cannot guarantee that it will be able accommodate the customer’s request.
If a customer's request cannot be accommodated, The Six Pack Chef will deliver to the original address stipulated in the order.
If no one will receive meals in the original address, it will be returned to The Six Pack Chef HQ for safekeeping and delivered again on the next available delivery schedule. Additional delivery charges will apply.
The customer may also pick up the meals from The Six Pack Chef HQ between 1PM-4PM only.
Meals with failed delivery not claimed within 24 hours will be disposed of.
Delivery riders/partners are encouraged to perform contactless delivery with all customers. Contactless delivery means avoiding physical contact and maintaining at least two (2) meters distance at all times during delivery.
Customers are advised to have a basket/box where items can be placed by the rider. If this is not available, delivery rider/partner is advised to leave on the table or floor and then safely keep distance (2 meters) before letting the customers pick up the item.
For safety reasons, delivery riders are advised not to accept tips or gifts from the customers to avoid cross contact.
Meal Storage Policy
The Six Pack Chef meals are prepared in a professional state-of-the-art commissary kitchen with Servsafe Certified Food Safety Managers, Quality Assurance Officers and high SOP's of proper food safety and sanitary conditions.
The Six Pack Chef follows a cold chain storage system where meals are prepared fresh, cooked, cooled rapidly, packed in a temperature controlled room on the same day, and then stored in between temperatures of 1-3 degrees Celsius before delivery.
No chemical preservatives are added with the meals. This is why it is important to observe proper storage of the meals at all times
Meals must be stored and chilled right away once received.
Meals must be stored at a temperature of less than 5 degrees Celsius at all times.
Meals may be stored below 0 degrees Celsius but freezing meals may affect overall quality.
Only defrost and reheat the meals when ready and about to eat.
Do not reheat and store again.
Meals must be consumed within the stipulated schedule of consumption.
Meal containers are microwavable. It is best to reheat the meals using a microwave oven at a moderate-high setting for at least 90 seconds.
Mishandled meals will not be replaced or refunded.
Menu Changes, Food Allergies & Restrictions Policy
Meal Plan Order Amendments & Cancellations Policy
Customers can only edit, amend, or cancel their order by logging in to their account dashboard and clicking on their latest order.
A 2-day lead time with a daily cut off time of 5PM is strictly followed for any order amendments, edits, or cancellations.
Dates that are past the 2-day required lead time with a daily cut-off time of 5PM will no longer be available for amendments, edits, changes, or cancellations.
Any overpayment due to order edits/amendments/cancellations will be made available to the customer as meal credits.
Any payment balances due to order edits/amendments will have to be settled in order to process and confirm the amended order.
The Six Pack Chef has the right to refuse any requests for order cancellations, edits, amendments, and/or changes for whatever reason once an order has been processed. This includes requests for cancellation, edits, or amendments during any website maintenance, updates, or downtimes.
Meal Credits Package Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy
Strictly no refunds for already consumed meal credits.
For meal credit refunds, all previous orders that used the purchased meal credits package for the meal plan order will be recalculated to reflect the full price of the meal plan without the meal credit discount.
Any amount discrepancy of the orders resulting from the adjustment of the meal credits will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Transactions can only be refunded within 60 days from the date of payment. No refunds will be allowed beyond 60 days from the date of payment.
Purchased meal credit packages will only be refunded for their equivalent peso value and/or the remaining unused meal credit amount less the adjustments of previous orders using the meal credits package.
Meal credits can be transferred or gifted to another existing account chosen by the customer provided that the customer provides authorization in writing or email.
We encourage customers to only purchase meal credits only if they are sure about consuming meals with The Six Pack Chef for the long term.
Returns & Replacements Policy
Meals already delivered for consumption cannot be cancelled and/or refunded. Meals can only be returned for concerns or issues of food spoilage not caused by the customer's handling.
Mishandled meals by the customer will not be replaced or refunded. Please see the Meal Storage Policy for proper handling of meals.
Meals must be consumed on or before the indicated consumption date. The Six Pack Chef will not be responsible for any spoilage due to the failure of the customer to consume meals on the indicated consumption date.
Meal replacements or refunds will be processed as follows:
The Six Pack Chef will only replace or refund affected meals if they are reported on the day of the indicated consumption date.
The customer will be required to return the affected meal at least 70% unconsumed in order for a replacement to be provided. Returned meal will be used for investigation.
The customer will be given feedback about their complaint within 72 hours upon receipt of the meal in question.
Strictly no refunds for already consumed meals and/or meal credits.
Transactions can only be refunded within 60 days from the date of payment. No refunds will be allowed beyond 60 days from the date of payment.
If approved, refunds are provided through the same payment method used which is processed by our payment provider gateway, Paymongo.
Refunds may take up to 30 banking days upon approval of the refund request as this is processed directly by our payment gateway provider, Paymongo.
For local cards and GCash transactions, a processing fee of up to 3.5% + Php15 of the original order amount will apply. Fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
For international card transactions, a processing fee of up to 4.5% + P15 of the original order amount will apply. Fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to automatically deduct payment balances, transaction fees, payment inconsistencies/deficiencies, and/or abused promo code amounts from the amount to be refunded, if any.
Promos and use of Promo Codes
As part of The Six Pack Chef’s marketing campaigns, The Six Pack Chef will offer promos regularly to customers.
Each promo will have its own terms and conditions which will strictly be followed for orders availing of the promo.
Unless otherwise explicitly specified, promo codes are available for 1 time use only and will expire once used.
A promo cannot be applied to ongoing or existing orders.
In cases where the promo code is abused, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the order without the promo code. Otherwise, the order will automatically be recreated to only cover the paid amount.
Promos CANNOT be used on top of other discounts and/or promos including government mandated discounts. In cases like this, the higher discount or promo will be the one to be applied.
Only the original order with the promo code will reflect the discount. Should the customer wish to amend their order, the amendments of the order will no longer reflect the discount.
In cases where the customer wants to increase the number of meals or add subscription days, a new order will have to be created which will no longer reflect the promo code.
In cases where the customer wants to decrease the number of meals or lessen their subscription days, the order will be amended and recreated accordingly with the discount. However, the excess payment will only be reflected as meal credits in the amount of the peso value paid and the promo code will no longer be applied for future orders.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to cancel any promos for any and whatever reason.
Government Mandated Discounts Policy
In compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD), and National Athlete Discount, the purchase of food or drinks by senior citizens, PWDs, and/or national athletes shall be subject to an exemption from VAT and 20% discount, provided that:
To avail of the discount, the senior citizen, PWD, or national athlete, will have to reach out to our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to have their account activated for the discount.
Proper identification is provided and must match the details of the account being used.
We reserve the right to request for additional proof of identification including other government IDs to validate the identity of the card holder.
The presented ID must be valid on the date of order.
The food or drinks are for their personal and exclusive consumption. As such, please note the following system rules are applied when creating an order with a government discount:
Each order will have a maximum limit of 3 meals total per day.
Each order will have a maximum limit of 1 item per add-on per day.
There will be a maximum limit of 1 order per day. No double orders for the same date will be allowed.
No double discounts. Only one or the other may be applied.
Presented identification will be submitted to the responsible governing body for verification. Should any of the ID presented be found false, the account user will be reported to the authorities and any ongoing orders under the account will be immediately canceled and the account suspended.
Referral Rewards Program Policy
The referral program is a customer reward's program that provides meal credits for every successful referral made.
Each customer account will have their own unique referral code which they can share to their friends or family who wish to avail of The Six Pack Chef services.
To generate the referral code, the customer must login to their account and click the "generate my referral code" in their dashboard.
If a referral code will be used, the user of the referral code will be provided a 10% off discount their total amount, and the referral code owner will be provided 250 meal credits to their account which they can use in their future subscriptions with The Six Pack Chef. Please refer to the meal credit policy to see how meal credits work.
Meal credits will only be credited once the order is successful. Meal credits will not be credited if the order is pending or is cancelled.
Referral codes will only work for first time subscribers with The Six Pack Chef. Existing subscribers are not eligible for referral code discounts.
Referral codes cannot be used with other referral codes, promo codes, and/or discounts.
Referral codes can only be used to purchase regular meal packages and does not include discounted meal credit packages, and/or discounted meal packages.
Review-A-Meal Rewards Program Policy
Only paid orders will allow you to earn meal credits by reviewing the ordered meals and experienced service.
Each meal rated will earn you 5 meal credits.
When you review our service, you will earn 5 meal credits for every meal in the order. For example, if you created an order of 2 meals per day for 10 days (total of 20 meals), you will be able to earn 100 meal credits (20 meals x 5 meal credits/meal).
Earning meal credits is currently applicable to meals only and not add-ons.
Earned meal credits cannot be used on your current or ongoing orders and can only be applied for your future orders.
Earned meal credits cannot be converted to cash and can only be applied as a discount to your future orders.
Unpaid or cancelled orders will forfeit the rewarded meal credits.
Meal credits can only be used to purchase regular meal orders.
Effective only for meals ordered and subscribed on July 1, 2021 and onwards.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to change this rewards program including the earned meal credits amount and its terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
The customer must address any complaints through email at email@example.com. A Customer Representative will get in touch with the customer within 24 hours upon receipt of email.
Legal & Others
The Six Pack Chef has the right to ban users/customers from availing or proceeding with The Six Pack Chef service if they violate any of our terms and conditions and will be subject to proper legal action if necessary.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to consult with their medical doctors and get approval prior to starting any diet or nutrition programs.
As an added service of The Six Pack Chef, The Six Pack Chef may provide nutritional guidance. The customer acknowledges that The Six Pack Chef team are not physicians or psychologists, and that the scope of their consultation service does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If the customer suspects that they may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then they are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician without delay. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs. Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of drugs that the client is taking and not for him/her to judge the appropriateness of the medication.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to make any changes to the menus, ingredients, or macros used at our sole discretion which is mostly due to availability of best available ingredients. The meals are designed to be high protein and healthy, but specific health or dietary objectives or benefits from subscribing to The Six Pack Chef cannot be guaranteed.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to change the price of meals and meal packages without prior notice.
For those with medical conditions, the customer fully understands that The Six Pack Chef Diet Delivery Service is a lifestyle diet delivery service that focuses on improving general health rather than a diet service that accommodates and/or addresses any medical condition/s.
The customer waives any and all claims and release from liability The Six Pack Chef, its owners, employees, agents, and consultants for any concerns regarding COVID19 including but not limited to health complications, personal injury, or death that may arise from subscribing with The Six Pack Chef.
The customer waives any and all claims and release from liability The Six Pack Chef, its owners, employees, agents, and consultants for any concerns including but not limited to health complications, personal injury, or death that may arise from consuming The Six Pack Chef meals.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall:
Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer.
Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.
The Six Pack Chef shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action, acts of god, etc.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between us. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using our website and placing your orders, you wholeheartedly agree to these terms & conditions.
If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, with or without notice to you. If you continue to use the service, you consent to the new and/or updated terms & conditions.
